It's depressing to try to do yoga poses and dance moves that used to be so easy for me only to find that they are a struggle now.  I'm determined to get back to where I was and beyond.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, with that being said, here's what I did today:  I busted out the Wii Fit and worked with it for 30 minutes.  I did a couple of the balance games (the soccer game and the marble game to be exact).  Then I did the step game and the boxing game.  So much fun!  Even though it's unnerving when you step on the balance board and the little voice in the game says, "Oh!" &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On to the bellydancing.  I used &lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/Bellydance-Beautiful-Technique-Beginners-Flawless/dp/B001L9UG6W/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&amp;amp;s=dvd&amp;amp;qid=1238831147&amp;amp;sr=8-1"&gt;Autumn Ward's technique DVD&lt;/a&gt;.  I worked with the arms section and some of the basic technique.  The arms section is wonderful and most definitely needed!  My arms...suck.  There's no better way to say it.  I found a move that I really need to work on as well, the weighted forward push.  I need to clean it up so it doesn't look like I'm having a spasm. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I was warmed up from the dancing, I did some stretching exercises for my shoulders. I've fallen off the dance challenge wagon in a big way.  But today, I'm getting right back on.  I'm going to visit family for Christmas, so I considered holding off until I get back, but I've decided that while I'm out of town, I'll take some music with me and take spare moments to listen to it.  It's not the same as a dance class, but it will be good for me anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So stay tuned for updates on my progress!  Today I plan to work with Jenna's bellydance and beyond DVD. The others just aren't doing it for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On to why I'm here.  The fabulous bellydancer Michelle Joyce challenged herself and other dancers to do 90 classes in 90 days.  I plan to keep track of my progress here.  I've actually already started the challenge, but to be honest, I keep falling off of the wagon.  So I've decided to offically start the challenge (or restart, actually) this following Monday.  I have friends coming in this weekend and a performance at Desert Passion in Austin, TX this Saturday.
